As part of the outplacement respectivly newplacement consulting process, I accompany employees and executives when leaving and thus separating from a company. I prefer to work one-on-one with individuals who, in addition to a job assessment and the development of career prospects, strive for long-term support in the area of job hunting and job application, or are supported by former employers in reorienting themselves on the job market and finding their feet again.

Outplacement Support

An outplacement consultation is very individually tailored to the needs and professional background of individuals and includes, among other things career advice, a Behavioural Profile Analysis , the preparation of application documents and the targeted preparation for applications.

Job Hunting & Application

As part of the outplacement respectivly newplacement consultation, I offer individuals, who are in the process of separation from their employer/place of employment or would like to realign themselves on the job market, longer-term support and assistance in the area of job hunting and job application.

An outplacement consultation is very individually tailored to your needs and your professional background and includes, among other things:
